ON dress up day, I fulfilled my duty to embarrass my kids, and it was mostly Hadar. It was dress up day, and we all walked to gan dressed up, including me. But then I came back to Hadar's gan, dressed like a dog and full started barking at the kids. I got to the Chatzer, where Hadar had her most embarrassed face ever. She took my hand walked me out of the gan, without saying a word, and would not take a picture with me.
But then the next week, I came to her gan to read the Lion who loved strawberries book. she loved that. And she especially loved that I brought pink ice cream to share with her Gan mates. She liked that visit much better, because she felt proud that I was there instead of embarrassed.
