So we have just signed on to our lease in Modiin, on Sara Imenu. We signed for 2 years, with an option for a 3rd. It is a 5 room apartment with a nice Mirpeset, and we are super excited for it. We only needed 4 rooms, but it was less expensive than the 4 room ones we saw. It should be a good home for us until we move into Ganei Chashmonaim in 2/3 years PG. We are planning to move in early July.
Also last week, we rented out our apartment in Kedem officially, for 2 years. Feeling like a grown up today.
