Question Marks

What makes a poem?
Is it the scheme or the style?
Does it need to fit a line like the grout between tiles?
Must my poem rhyme?
Or perhaps not?
And maybe you think it's about the right rhythm?
But I'm here to tell you theres no algorithm,
And if you say that a comma at the end is the sign,
Then how did I end with question marks every line?
The truth is, there is nothing concrete,
Just make it meaningful, short, and sweet.
