This Shabbat, we went to go meet baby Shirel for the first time. Hadar kept pointing to her and saying Baba (for baby). Eitan would not let go of her, as the oldest cousin, and he has always loved babies. Next, big sister Hila wanted to hold her, so she also got to. And Hadar looked at us confused. On the one hand, both the oldest cousins got to hold the baby, so she knew she wasn’t as big as that. But on the flip side, she was much bigger than this baby, and she was very excited that there was someone smaller. It was a very cute interaction from her. And I’m sure she will be holding her soon.
