game 2 football - clutch baby

First we had to finish our game against Green from Week 1. We held our ground, no completions, and easily won, meaning my TD and conversion from the week before were the game winners.

Then the second game started. We started on defense, got some great pass rush (1 sack, 2 batted balls), and an incompletion.

We then started on offense. We drove down the field, had a few catches including one on fourth to get the first down and a sliding catch. Dani caught a deep ball at about the 3, and I scored a sliding touchdown the next play.

My dad had a really nice flag pull to keep a play very short.

On the first play of a drive, we did our play, the down out-pump-go for a beautiful touchdown that i caught up with. 

To start the second half, Ariel threw an ugly interception, and we played bad zone defense to give up a TD.

On defense on a deep pass, I lost the ball in the lights, so just tried to knock it down, but I Vildored it up for the receiver.

Later, we were trying to go up two scores, had the play, and our ball was overthrown.

They had the ball with under two minutes to go, we got a sack but their QB (Ori's FIL) was badly hurt. After a break, we got back on, made the stop (I knocked the ball down and basically gently placed it on the floor on fourth down after what happened before).

We had the ball, and did dumb things, when we just needed to knock time off.

We ran out of bounds.

We threw incomplete passes.

And then, it was fourth down. We tried to get them to jump offsides, which they did but so did we. So it was 4th and 12. I camt across the field, caught the ball past the first, and ended the game. Another clutch way to finish a game by 9 and 14.

Overall awesome game, we are 2-0. Cant wait for next week.
